  WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! Don't waste your time in this store! Their main issue is customer service. In my case her name is Amy and she is a daughter of the owner as well as manager of the store! I placed my nursery furniture + glider and ottoman order on February 13th 2018! My furniture didn't come until May 1st and my glider and ottoman came on May 25th, AND EVEN AFTER THAT MUCH TIME GLIDER WAS A WRONG COLOR!!!! But in the meantime NO ONE calls you to follow up if your order is late! Plus Amy had audacity to ask a 9 month pregnant women 'Why is an issue to wait for a late order if I still have 3 weeks before delivery" !!!!!!! What a nightmare!

  We looked at brands and styles of sofas on-line, then went into the store. The sales rep said that they couldn't do that; that we had to choose for catalogs in the store. He steered us toward Kincaid; it was sort of bait-and-switch. On the bill he wrote "6-8 weeks" for delivery. That was January 15th. We received the sofas on May 11th, 4 months later!, after many outrights lies were told to us. And the furniture is just OK; not great. We'll just have to live with it.

  I ordered a sofa on feb, 18th, today is April 23rd, still have no sofa But yet they told me no payments until mechidise is received now I have the bank calling staying I'm late on payments I had no clue about ,It's been a night mare for me ,My sales person was great, I got rid of my old furniture already now I'm be told there cancelling my order ,I'm disabled frustrated,,And have nothing

  I understand they are "remodeling" but the place is messy. The furniture is slightly dated but the prices reasonable. And again the furniture is nit current. Sales woman was cordial.
