  Meineke Car Care Center in Levittown saved my family over $600 and we are so thankful for their honesty! Recently, after a regular oil change at the Toyota Dealer (Westbury Toyota) my husband was told that his 2011 Scion XB needed new brakes, rotors, and a wheel alignment with a quote for $598 plus tax. Thankfully, he did not do it that day. A friend recommended this mechanic and my husband went there for a second opinion. They put our car on the lift and told him his brakes, rotors and wheels did not need any repairs and were fine. Because of their honesty, we now have a new mechanic for life. We work very hard for our money and almost lost $600+ dollars at the hands of our crooked Toyota Dealership, but Meineke truly did the right thing by us. Honesty and Integrity can be found here and for that I highly recommend this mechanic. Thank you Meineke!

  Took my car there yesterday for brake work. I usually take it to the dealer but decided to give them a shot based on their excellent reviews. The place will not win any awards for aesthetics. It is a throw back to the kind of auto centers I remember as a kid. You won't find an espresso machine or free donuts in the waiting room. Having said that I am glad to report that they did a great job. The work was done in a timely manner and priced not to break the bank. I will be back. Hoping for a cream puff to be waiting for me next time I come in..

  I was recently extremely disappointed twice when I asked to receive a call before any work be done on my vehicle. I wanted to know what the problem was and how much it was going to cost, BEFORE they did any work on my van. Richy the mechanic looked me in the eye, said he would, shook my hand, and then did whatever he wanted to do anyway. Twice I had to call there the day after I was told the truck would be finished, and twice I was told " Yeah it's ready. You can come and pick it up! ". When I asked why I wasn't called first as was discussed, I was told that if I wanted to argue about it that maybe we shouldn't continue doing business together. This again was Richy. So I have decided since then to do just what he suggested. I will no longer be doing business with the Levittown Meineke after almost 30 years of dealing with them. And I would suggest that if you are considering using them, that you quickly reconsider. There was much more to this story, however I felt that this was relevant enough to get the point across.

  Good fast service! I visited twice and both times the problems were corrected quickly. Danny and Lou were great to deal with. Both were very friendly, personable and honest. Definitely recommended!

  I have been using this establishment for 7 years...and I still give thanks to how expertise and honest they are...I took my car to my ''New Car" service facility who gave me a estimate of 6 repairs(TOTALING $3,400.) that they said my car needed... I took the list to Richard at Meineke to check it...after they checked my car for 90 minutes with the list...they said nothing was wrong and didn't charge me to check it...That was a year ago and still nothing on that list was wrong. Since then, I took my car to Meineke because I suspected a need for brakes(because of a slight sound). After they checked, I was told my brakes were fine. I recommend these guys every chance I get.When they have done work for me, it was expediently well done at a fair price.
