  Great experience! My parents have been going to Honda City for years. They have always had a positive experience and have spoken highly of both Stephen Limazopoulos and Nico. I was interested in leasing a car for the first time and called Stephen to see if he was available last minute. Not only did he see me, but he did not rush me. I came back today and leased a car from them. I did not feel pressured and felt all my questions were answered clearly. Both Stephen and Nico even spoke to my parents remembering details of previous conversations. This made me feel re-assured as I could tell they genuinely wanted to know how my parents were doing. I have had experiences of dealing with salespeople who I feel are phony or arrogant. This was not the case. I highly recommend Honda City and ask for Nico or Stephen.

  I have previously leased a Civic this facility and was recently offered a chance to upgrade to the newest model a few months before the end of my current lease. I stopped by to review the offers they currently have and was not disappointed. The specialist who helped me, Stephen, was kind, knowledgable, and thorough. He worked the numbers to come to a very reasonable number to upgrade my vehicle. In only 2 hours, all the paper work, insurance and instructions were given. My experience was a pleasurable one.

  Bait and switch pricing and sloppy / unprofessional service department. Received a phone quote to install a hitch on my 2018 Odyssey; I asked to have it placed in the appointment notes to avoid future misunderstandings, but was assured the price was accurate. When i showed up, the price was double the quoted. Asked for my car immediately. Waited 45 minutes, then they agreed to the phone quote. When they returned the car, the bumper was cut sloppily (squiggly cuts), 4 bodyclips were missing, an underside cover was left unsecured, the harness was assembled upside down and installed upside down. My biggest regret: I was planning on doing the work myself but decided to go with the "professionals". They ended up fixing everything except the sloppy cuts to the bumper, but who knows what else they ruined which can't be seen. STAY AWAY.

  Ask for DAN MOLINA to help you with your car buying experience! Dan went above and beyond to help me save money. He knew his stuff!! Extremely honest, smart, and not pushy!!! He even took an extra hour to explain the new screen technology in my 2018 Civic. A pleasant experience all thanks to Dan Molina!!!

  Leased 3 cars from Honda City. yesterday went in to look at a Civic. I received a call once a month from Rosemary just to check in since my lease was coming due. She was always so pleasant. Finally got the time and told Rosemary that i saw a car online and wanted to check it out. When i got there i was directed to Daniel Stella. What a real pleasant surprise. very professional funny man too. He asked what car and we found it on the lot and then discussed terms. I told Stella what I could afford and how much out of pocket. He went to see Keith, manager, came back with exactly what I wanted. Asked if I wanted to take the car right now and off he went. Got it washed waxed and handed me off to the business manager, Dan. So now I'm getting nervous figured here comes the pressure. Well I couldn't have been more surprised. No pressure just info. Filled out papers and 1 hour later off I went with my new car. Shock and grateful to those three and Keith for making the experience actually enjoyable. Thanks folks
