  I really wanted to use this place because they advertise they have loaner phones while your phone is getting fixed on their website. When I inquired about this, they say they only have one and its loaned out?? Deal breaker.

  My screen was broken after and I was leaving the the country the next day. These guys fixed my phone within 2 hours and had a sense of humor. Our discussion was the Pats game. Good guys and great service... Officer Frank Williams BPD

  I got my screen replaced at Mega Mobile. The first time I went in I had great customer service. Draw of the luck brought me in a second time bc my phone started to glitch. Since I was still within my 30 day warranty they fixed my phone free of extra charge and were extremely helpful in the process. I would recommend this store to a friend.

  Great experience! After getting towed, then leaving my phone on the top of my car when leaving the tow lot, I was very frustrated going into my experience at MM. But it was awesome, and pain free. They quoted me a lower price because I told them I had a different phone they had, but when I came in they honored it anyway. Super nice staff. Only took two hours. Phone looks good as new and it was completely smashed. Thanks guys!
