  The auto pay machine is glitchy, as employee Nina called it but it's convenient. If the staff had pulled up my account I could've been gone in less than five minutes. They insisted I make two trips and waste my time. "I'm not pulling people off of sales so you can pay your bill." That's a direct quote from two employees.

  I have had ok experiences here-- not great, but at least ok, until today. The staff person who helped me was so disinterested it was beyond belief, and he also didn't have any idea of how to help me with my phone questions; he just asked another staff person to figure it out. (which he was able to do). His only contribution was to tell me I should get a new phone, and yes, he had a whole bag of thoughtful, technical sounding reasons why this was the way to go: "the systems just get old" and "sometimes the functionality needs updating."

  Great AT&T store. Wish we had one like this where I live. Great selection of phones, tablets and accessories.
