  This building used to be a nice place to live. (I have been a tenant for TWELVE YEARS) The new management is rescinding privileges previously enjoyed by the tenants. They are eroding the community spirit fostered through the gathering in shared space for fun times with good people. The rooftop WAS the main selling point of this loft space. The roof WAS what distinguished this building from others. We miss Charles the former building manager.

  omg!!! I used to live there 5 years ago. Bed bugs, noise, dirt, super creepy elevator and laundromat (especially at night lol) . I was younger, clueless and so happy to live in NY

  Stayed here last year as airBnB. The guy was awesome and the loft we lived in was like a dream.
