  A great gym! Love the staff, family atmosphere, and prices!! We have seen such a positive change in my 8 yr old son's health and self esteem!! He used to get sick a lot and was very thin, now he is lean, strong and healthier than ever. I am so glad we found this gym, wish we had known about it earlier :)

  My teens loves it here. If your are not serious then this is not the place for you. They want the best for the students and it shows in thier training. They are tough but worth it. If you want the best for your kids, its the best place in the Bronx for training.

  Awesome place, friendly and easy to work with. Great discipline with kids and adults, Veteran friendly if you have any prior injury they can work with you. I went to a few gyms around the 5 boroughs jungle gym, Gracie bbj and tiger showman they all told me no due to my injury. But the staff worked with me and 6 months in best experience yet.
