  Provided very bad customer service. Staff did not take order correctly and was argumentative with me. The female employee was even laughing, saying it wasn't her fault that someone didn't take my order correctly. She even argued that the coupon code I used didn't exist! When I even showed her the code personally. She still insited it didn't exist. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager took care of my order, but before that, the lady said the manager was telling her to tell me the things she said. This behavior was very rude and unprofessional.

  When you order french fries, you should get french fries. Half of it was missing! Do better people!

  Sat in line at the drivethru for 20 minutes before the line moved even a single car length. When I was finally able to order I had to do it several times but in all fairness they were training so there is that but when it came to paying (which I did in cash) it took another 15-20 minutes to get my $3.00 in change. I think they may have just had a very bad day, but this is what my experience was. I guess the worst part was that my meal was $47.00 but I was never even given a simple receipt.

  I'm not a McDonald's fan do you should take that into consideration. I typically get a stomach ache when I eat junk food. Having said that my quarter pounder was good and hot. My fries were hot and freshly cooked. My diet soda was ok not great. Soda mixed by a machine is rarely good. It took 2 - 3 minutes for them to see that we wanted to place an order. Overall good. I didn't get a stomach ache so that is always a plus. I recommend this McDonald's..

  The experience was great! The place was renovated down to the Playground and everything looks up-to-date without modernizing the arch building to look like other McDonald's. Sadly this area seems to defy the existence of drinking fountains for cost-cutting measures. You can still order a drink, but they have to bring it to you if you're ordering from inside.
