::The drive-through was backed up and slow! We had to yell to get the teenager to take our order over the speaker. The French fries were warm not hot despite saying I'll wait for hot fries

::Every morning we goes to 6239 Richmond Hwy 22303 Alexandria Virginia at this McDonald’s because it on my way to work . I goes there before I go to work in the morning. But now I am sick and tired of the service because either they get our sandwiches wrong and on top of that the hash brown do not be hot or fresh when they are serve. Something need to be done. Either we get hash brown lukewarm cold definitely not fresh. This need to go to corporate so they can see what going on at this McDonald’s . Need to see why they can’t get the sandwiches right and see why the hash browns always cold not fresh. We ask to give us hot fresh hash browns but it always serve not fresh. I know they got to serve them but not cold. We pays our money from $15.00 to 20.00 to get fresh food. Corporate if you see this review do something about it. Look into this McDonald’s.

::So this McDonald's now allows all employees to use there headphones and phone infront of customers.... wow..... not good for business at all... this McDonald's has turned around real bad... whatever happened to the the OG crew from 3 years ago.... disappointing Here's and update, the same kid is now a manager and he still uses his airpods right INFRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS, he's not setting a very good leader ship if they just let him get away with it.... even other manager knows he's got it on, and they don't do anything about it.... he shouldn't be a manager if he's getting away with this.....

::I ordered a large fry and needed to BBQ sauce and they would only give me one sauce. I go there for fries and get 2 sauces all the time. Now I'll go to a different McDonald's. They lost a customer over a BBQ. That doesn't make sense for their bottom line.

::It's one of the older style McDonald's but I have no issue with it. No kiosks either but plenty of room, nice staff in my opinion, good service, and all standard fare stuff. The area is a bit iffy so some people in and around are weird but not an issue.
