  I deeply appreciate great customer service. The young man behind the counter was helpful and funny. I also learned to come a lot earlier to get more flavors of donuts.

  "I would like a small coffee with a very small amount of cream" "Do you mind waiting?" "No" Repeating order...."small coffee....would you like milk or cream?" "Yes, cream. Just a little" "Ok" I get my coffee. I leave. I got black coffee. Better luck next time.

  They did not have much donut choices everything was gone and the machine for espresso was broken!! Good thing I got a discount for them not having anything.

  I had a good experience at this store. The counter person was friendly and she made sure to give me a drink worth my money. She seemed dissatisfied with the look and freshness of the coconut refresher I ordered and was honest enough to check the ingredients and offer another type of drink that was more satisfactory and didn't just give me something to rush me out the door. The store is clean and service is friendly and efficient.

  Alway a good moment for me each morning. I am recovering from throat cancer. I finished the chemo and radiation in July. Learning to eat again is a gift with taste buds still restoring themselves and stamina limited. To my great delight I discovered the wonderful JOY OF COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR AT DUNKIN. SHORTLY THERE AFTER I TRIED ENGLISH MUFFINS WITH EGG, HAM AND CHEESE. I CAN GET BOTH THESE TREATS DOWN AND CAN TRULY ENJOY SOME GOOD FOOD. THANK YOU DUNKIN ❤️
