  They are fast in drive thru and are very curtious alway great experience.

  This place is awful. I ordered a quarter pounder and a six piece nuggets. It took over 10 min. They weren't busy enuf to justify that kind of delay. The employees are not taking their job seriously. They are screwing around and not paying attention to the customers. I know the service at any McDonald's may not be like 5 star dining, however the fact is they are a "FAST" food restaurant. I can settle for horrible customer service if only the food came out in a timely manner. I can't wait till they open Golden Chick right next door to this place.

  Place is modern looking and the place was clean. The restrooms were clean as well. The staff greet you when you come in and are friendly. The two most important things that keep me patient is great customer service and a clean place (restrooms included)...I will wait even if I is going to take a few more minutes to cook more pies. :)

  Literally stood at the counter for almost 10 mins and watched 5 different employees make eye contact and just turn around or walk the other way. I'm a surveyor wearing a bright green and orange vest. Kinda hard to miss. Think I'll take my business else where.

  I cant say i was always disappointed at this place only because they actually TRY....seriously reading all these negative reviews from this place is actually quite ridiculous and have to be kids that come playing and still expect 5 star service but want to act a fool and play with their orders...guys seriously where do you sleep at night? Prime example on overnight just recently a guy named Matthew made sure that my order was correct and hot even when the store is busy and when i pulled up to the window and asked everything ok why the long wait he explained to me that they're kids coming through and just playing with their orders and he apologized for it....Good customer service + Hot and ready food = great visit.. I will return when he works again
