  The only place I know with chocolate filled doughnuts! So yummy!

  Our glazed donuts were the normal greatness I expect. Bought three dozen. BUT I go to Shipley's for the chocolate filled. No where has EVER compaired. But today, they were sad. Virtually no chocolate filling in either donut. VERY disappointed since this was a treat. There are no Shipley Donuts where I live.

  I have been to many Shipley’s. This is the worst one. The cashier had to ask me multiple times what donuts I got to relay the information to the other worker. Why not write it down if you can’t remember? Also, the donuts I got tasted like they have been sitting out all night. I’m guessing they were left over from the night before. When I go to a donut shop at 7am on a Saturday I expect fresh donuts. Not ones that are dried out and gross. I will not be spending my money at this location again. I drove 23 minutes just to go to this Shipley’s because all around my new house are the “hole in the wall” donut shops. Probably better off going there. The Euless location by far has the best ones.

  Won’t be going back. Yes there’s a large selection of do-nuts and other breakfast items. But whether I go in early or late the do-nuts are flavorless and most of all the customer service sucks. That’s really the worst part. I can handle flavorless do-nuts from a large franchise but I can’t stand the service. Everyone is constantly not paying attention or just plain rude with no apologies. I’ll start going to the mom and pop shop across the street again.
