::Came here to let my kid play and not the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. However, I wouldn't be friendly either if I had to listen to that god awful sharp whistle going off every 30 seconds to a minute my whole shift. For the love of Godiva I will never come here again. I'd have given one star but they at least got my order right, which according to the reviews they struggle with. But again, I could barely string together thoughts with that horrible, obnoxious whistle.

::As this is just a block from home, we go fairly frequently. Since they remodled, we have been approximately 10 times. Of those, we have gotten the correct order twice. For example, I just went through the drive-thru and ordered the sweet BBQ bacon crispy chicken sandwich while my kids got happy meals. They happy meals were handed to me right away but we waited a few minutes for my food. No problem. Except when we get home, and I start to meal, only to find out there is no chicken on my chicken sandwich. Lots and lots of the other toppings, but no chicken. And I've been trying to call for 10 minutes, but no one is picking up. Seriously, get it together!

::Newly renovated and it was definitely worth the long wait. Now there is an open layout and seems to be more spacious. The playroom is way cooler than the old structure. There are also touch screen kiosks to order and pay for your food yourself. Employees are great and one of the managers( Eduardo ) has been especially helpful and patient with me because the McDonalds App on my phone never works correctly and the deals have to be added by a manager. The food has also improved since the remodel. I am a happy customer. No complaints!

::After the line moved reasonably well, pay and get to the window for my food. Sandwich and fries came, but out of Sprite. Ok, let's get Orange. After the worker closes the window to get the soda and takes about 2 min, she then asked me to pull up to a waiting spot and wait for a soda. After about 5 minutes I had enough. Went back in and got a refund. This is supposed to be a "better" location after the remodeling. IT SUCKS EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL CERTAINLY SHARE THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE I CAN.
