  Service is horrible. Ordered my food for here, get it in a Togo bag. I ask for tray because it was for here. Get just a down right rude comment from Maria, the manager. How the hell can you lead a crew when you are the way that you are? If you hate your job that much maybe you should find a different one. I wasn't the only one she was rude to tonight. I hope the owner or corporate sees this and takes your management position away from you. You are a horrible manager and your costumer service skills are a 2 at best. By the way owner or corporate I was in on 2/1/2018 at 7:30pm. Check your time clock and find the Maria in question and fire her ass. Kids in the playground area with cleaning chemicals just left where kids can get to them. Someone's kids are going to get hurt and it will be your guys fault. Homeless people all in the parking lot asking people for money. Maybe you should hire the homeless they might like their job more than the people you have now. Never any sweet tea in the lobby. A.c. in playground is broken. You have 5 people standing around watching you stand there waiting for them to maybe help you. This is the worst McDonald's that I know of. I will never come here again.

  I live not far from the McDonalds and had no problems until today. I always make a purchase through the drive through and my orders were at the time always correct. Today my order was correct on the monitor but once I left with my purchase it was wrong. I didn’t look in the bag to check my order because I put trust in the McDonald staff to have gotten the order correct as it was on the screen.

  This is a busy location and they seem to do a good job keeping things moving along. The food quality is up to expectation and is served promptly. An automated ordering kiosk is available. I am not convinced that it saves any time. It is entertaining though.

  The food was fine. But I was ignored when I went to go get another cup of sauce. We ordered a large fry but it wasn't added to our order so we had to use the electronic kiosk to order them. There was also a bug on our table. It was alive.

  Well the food itself was nice and fresh, the service not so much. I asked for two drinks the last taking my order said something I couldn't quite hear so I repeated myself, she then rudely and loudly said what kind of drink I don't what don't know what you want. All I was trying to do was first make sure she even put down that I order the drinks. ( This was in drive thru).
