  Can't stand when employees have conversations amongst each other and don't acknowledge the customer. Managers too. Yall act like you're all too busy to entertain us customers. No smiles. No greetings. No thank you have a nice day.

  Most people don't use the new kiosks. Apparently less people are scheduled to work since these have been installed. Ive been to two McDonalds and even after ordering on the kiosks it was a long wait to get my order. The front counter seem to be the least of their concerns. With the issue of the typical minimum wage employee not showing up for work on time it compounds the customer service problems. I suggest you hire people with a good work ethic. There was nothing wrong with the order just the service but it seems to be everywhere In the fast food business.

  Girl was super nice and gave me a free small french fry when I realized I'd forgotten to order it originally.

  They're polite depending on what time of day you pull in. But I just had to drive off after waiting for 5 mins in line. I only wanted a large sweet tea. I went through the five thru a couple of days ago at this same location and my tea was old and needed more sugar. Not sure what's happening here but they need to get it together.

  The lady who took my money at the drive thru was very polite and when I asked her to add a small half cup of water no ice to my order told me to just ask at the pick up window. When I got to the pick up window the lady shoved 2 bags out the window at me. I explained that it wasn't my order. Before I could say more she asked what I ordered. I replied a large sweet tea and could I also get a half cup of water no ice for my dog? She was looking at the screen and asked to see my receipt. I told her I didn't get a receipt that I had told the lady to throw it away. Since it was just a large sweet tea. The "lady" at the pick up window shoved the tea at me and said something about giving away free water to people. This had been the McDonald's I went to 4 days a week for my lunch or late snack. I offered to pay for the water and as the "lady" turned away to "find" a small cup I drove away without the water. The attitude of your employee on Covington Pike next to Wendy's and Sams. My $50.00 a week may not hurt there bottom line, but your employee's attitude will have customers stopping at other McDonald's where they feel there money is welcomed.
