  Drive thru: No matter what time you go, expect to be told to pull over and wait for your food. The majority of the menu is hamburger's, so I'm challenged by the fact of having to wait each time I order no matter if I am the only car in li e or there are cars in front of me. The food was cold when I finally got it so I am unsure why I had to wait as this is evidence the food wasn't freshly made. Unsure if there is new management at this location as this has only started happening the last couple of months

  Yesterday I went through drive thru on my way to work for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin combo with a large drink, and a hash brown. Anyway halfway through my sandwich I got a huge bite of egg shell. So I went back inside and requested a refund. Manager Kelly was on duty. She only refunded me the cost of my sandwich, and not my entire meal like she should have!!! Yes she offered me a new sandwich but I didn't accept it because I was in a hurry and needed to get to work. I would like to call corporate and speak to them about it but this particular location doesn't include the last number for their corporate on the receipt so that's not an option! That nasty big bite of eggshell in my sandwich was gross!!! It ruined the entire meal for me!!! So therefore I deserve a refund for the cost of my entire meal, and not just the sandwich!!! Kelly needs to make the situation right!!! Or be fired because that is not good customer service at all!!!

  Went to McDonalds with my daughter and granddaughter to get some fries and shakes. The prices are outrageous for the "food" that they serve. Ordered medium fries, the containers were half full and fries had tons of salt on them. They don't have chocolate shakes so I ordered a hot mocha instead. It took 20 minutes to get our complete order. They took my drink outside and tried to give it to someone else, then tried to give it to me. The incompetence is off the chart here. And the rudeness of the employees is unbelievable. I don't recommend going here at any time. You'd be better going to the BK across the street. Better food, faster service, nicer employees.

  This is one of the best McDonald's around. Forget the poor reviews on this place. Orders are always accurate. They always deliver great service. This place has done everything in my eyes to earn this review. They are great here. I love doing our fast food Fridays here. The drive thru always has cars waiting and they always seem upset. But inside you could never tell. And for a proper order every time I come here, I'll wait an extra minute because it really never takes long. Seriously. Thank you, to the team at this McDonald's.

  I ordered a simple happy meal and cheeseburger with fries and ended up waiting over 20 minutes whilst other customers went right through the line with no issues with happy meals and bags. I worked at McDonald’s as a first job for about two years- I understand what it’s like - yet I still don’t understand why I had to wait almost half an hour for my food. When I went around the line again the young lady in the window told me to just stay parked and wait… which I’d already been doing for 15 minutes at the time. McDonald’s is McDonald’s no matter where you go.
