::Staff is super friendly! We advised them that they’re speaker was super low! Hard to hear but they were super helpful and advised us that it is something corporate is working on! Sounds like corporate needs a little push tho! It makes is frustrating for the customer and I feel like creates more unhappy customers just for the lack of being able to hear them especially with traffic.. please help get them a new speaker system so they can keep being amazing and we can hear them through the speaker.

::This is literally the worst most inconsistent Scooters. They don't know how to hold down employees so the drinks are rarely made right as the employee is always new. They either are too sweet, watered down or have bitter tasting shots. I've talked to the manager Abby several times & while she's been helpful the problem doesn't get fixed. This week I had to talk to the other manager Kailey and she was not pleasurable at all. She played 21 questions with me about why my drink was wrong. Girl idk, train your employees correctly & they won't taste wrong. I worked at Starbucks for 7 years. Consistency in drinks is huge.

::I ordered an iced matcha and a hot salted caramelicious, and I have to say, the service was awesome. I didn’t catch her name, but the blonde girl who was working at 5pm today (01/07/23) was super sweet. The drinks were delicious, too! Thank you :) 5/5

::I had a really amazing experience with the employee named Valeria. She dealt with my order well, had good positive attitude, and overall a great person to have seen working there! This girl really deserves that raise!

::Been coming to this location since I moved here to council bluffs, I give them a 3 star because they are awesome for the most part but for some weird reason my order was just a so BAD, MY WHIP CREAM to my coffee were smashed down with flat lids and didn't get any explanation or apology as to why I got my coffee's like that and for the amount the coffees cost I should've atleast had an apology especially for my waffle sandwich I opened as soon as I got it and it was just scattered all in the bag this visit was by far the worst.
