  You guys got to pull it together on your timing. It’s pretty slow for fast food. Not cool. And the drive through girls need retraining on how to run the drive through.

  Food is as expected. Employees are less friendly than usual at this location. You'd be lucky if they speak to you at all. Order accuracy is around 70%. Location offers a Playland which is nice.

  Well I love McDonald's. But this 9ne I had service & food issues. First of all the cashier didn't give the customer her receipt with there # on it. Then instead of help me next in line they decide to have a social meeting with another employee. I was blunt to them about how I'd like to order before I die. When I received my food the fries were cold & stale. When I asked for fresh fries the employee took them & asked for 2 fresh ones for me. 15 minutes went by while said r my fries coming from Japan. I just seen 20 or more orders of fries go out. The employee just ignored me. The drive thru employee came close enough that I asked if he could get my fresh fries large 2 of them & he finished his order & then went & got my fries. It wasn't that busy & seemed like there was no management or order for people just doing whatever they wanted & when! Not reassuring for the franchise owner at that locate!

  The order by phone sucked! Process was confusing! I got there no drive thru option to pick up. No place to park in the carryout (so they could bring it out) spots. I thought it would be faster but it was NOT AT ALL! It was more inconvenient! The 2 cars in the delivery spots were there for a little bit too!! Very disappointed!

  I'm writing this as I'm leaving that horrible place. Of course the food is good but if you come in the evening. The fries will taste like cardboard because no one cares here. The service makes this place hard to go too. Every single person that gets hired here has a attitude and hates their job. And sadly this shows up in the food! I will drive a little further away to get better everything from now on. Oh and check your order every time! They will screw you every time you go here but not me any more because this was my last time !!!! Just garbage
