  Awesome restaurant inside CU Anschutz Heath and Wellness Center. Healthy food options, great smoothies and serving Pablo's Coffee. My favorites are the Greek wrap (all wraps can also be salads). Service is always friendly and food is ready lightning fast, so great for short lunch breaks. Can also order online for quick pickup. Seating in the Health and Wellness Center is always clean and comfortable and a great outdoor patio when the weather is nice.

  Probably the freshest and cleanest food truck in Colorado. Food was fast but still made to order. The service is always awesome and the staff and owner are amazing. I see this truck at some of the biggest, invite-only events in Colorado so they must be doing something right. I'd take some of the negative reviews on here with a grain of salt. 2 poor reviews are from competing trucks who are jealous of their success and using underhanded ways to harm the good reputation of another company. Their Facebook reviews are more accurate and Facebook can automatically weed out false reviews, Google cannot.

  The staff was friendly and served us fast, but their food quality is just not there. My wife and I had the buffalo wrap. The lettuce was definitely bagged, perhaps Fresh Express, the shredded cheese was American, the buffalo sauce tasted of Tobasco mixed with Hidden Valley ranch dressing, and the chicken seemed very processed, reminiscent of cubed, pre-packaged Oscar Meyer deli meat. The price was steep at $10 per wrap for that low of quality. Nothing about the meal was appetizing. We both had a few bites and discarded the food. I don't mean to be cruel, but guys this isn't going to cut it for the Denver food truck scene. If the food quality doesn't change, you will be going out of business eventually.

  Tried thier southwest wrap today at mudapalooza Amazing! I'm not a veggie person but they had just the right amount of them. I would definitely eat here again and suggest you do also!

  Tried California wrap runner for the first time at this year's Northglenn food truck carnival. It was pretty awesome and the lines were much shorter this year with a wait time of around 5 min from the time I ordered until my food was ready. Being vegetarian my options are limited at events like this, I was lucky and spotted your truck right away. It did seem a tad pricey, but the food was fresh and delicious.
