  Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Hands down fries are always hot and food not only tastes but looks appealing. The workers here are very professional. I work at the Bolingbrook Walmart and come here for lunch sometimes Don’t listen to the negative reviews. It’s a fast food joint and honestly for the price 10/10

  You know there isn’t a day that you come to McDonalds and they don’t mess up your order. The other night we went on the run had to get something quick, end up always having to go in and get it fixed. Always missing something! And you would think that when they read it back to you and it’s on the screen they wouldn’t mess it up. It’s a struggle, only come here if you have to

  No gonna lie, I'm not a fan of the kiosks and nobody available to talk to or ask for help. I'm sure it is the way of the future but I'm happy to scuttle back to my small town where your food is served with a greeting and a smile. Food and atmosphere was pretty typical of McDs but the strongly worded no loitering sign (limit 30 minutes) had me checking the time to make sure I hadn't overstayed my welcome.

  Absolutely horrible service on Christmas Day! Who waits for 39 minutes for coffee for it to be cold and I let them know the coffee is cold so they take it back. I waited another 20 minutes and no coffee. I go inside and they give me the same 3 cold coffees I had ordered. So now I’m waiting on my coffee another 20 minutes. Ridiculous!!!

  I was waiting here for more than 20 min. I ordered three Carmel frappe with extra Carmel on that. But to the utter disappointment there was no extra Carmel. When I turned up to the window no one responded and a guy opened the window I explained the entire thing. He said OK wait for a min. No one came back to the window and was busy closing the store. If this is the case it's no longer worth to be at McDonald's. Badly disappointed by the behavior.
