  I have pretty much had it with this place. It seems they think so little of the customers. I have been getter no my coffee pretty much 7 days a week from there for almost 7 years. Lately it has been one catastrophe with my order after another. I ordered the same coffee as usual and my wife as well. Iced medium caramel cream and two Splendas. They very likely know who I am as they did today. They served us two hot coffees but the man realized that was wrong as we approached the window. He asked them to make my iced caramel. What they did was pour the hot coffee over ice. By the time I got to work the ice had melted. In addition we asked if caramel was out into it, the reply was yes, however upon tasting, it did not have caramel. This brings me to the next issue, when adding flavors, I think that some baristas give the full pumps and others are giving short blast in their hurry. Stop it!! do it right!! You lost two customers today and I hope more people realize that this town has other Dunkin Donuts to go to that do a better job of giving the customer what they paid for

  Usually a great location. But lately not so much. They often have all lights on, computers on, open signs on...but the employee won't do drive-thru. They just sit in the booth and look at customers who sit in the drive thru for over 5 mins.

  The employees were very friendly. Ordering ahead in the app is so easy, and they actually have your order ready for you (unlike a different coffee shop I know)

  This location has always sucked..But come on. Aside from the flipped donut. The 2 large iced lattes that i payed as much as i would have at starbucks, are chalky and just not good. U have to pay extra for whip cream on the lattes now which I know for a fact is new. And got charged for it without even being asked. Just horrible and disappointing. Such a huge waste of time and money.
