  HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I brought in 2 skirts for her to alter & I brought in a model skirt for her to copy the measurements. I came back and I asked her if I could try it on and she demanded that I pay before trying it on. First thing I didn’t like. I saw that all she did was cut the bottom.I told her to copy the measurements of the other parts of the skirt & she said “more work more money”. I asked her for something else and she kept saying she wasnt understanding what I was saying. Okay.. thank you but no thank you! Left without anything I wanted & had to pay anyways...SO upset!!

  I had a shirt that I wear often rip and decided to take it to these guys. When I brought it to them and asked how they would go about fixing it she explained her method very poorly. So I just asked her to repeat it because I didn't understand. She replies with, "If you're going to keep asking how I do it, I don't want it." I took my stuff and left. Never going back there again. So much for customer service.
