  DO NOT EVEN WALK BY THIS STORE. I was spectacle about the store from the beginning , but never did i think it would be this bad. They tell me to pick up my phone in the afternoon after i had dropped it of for a screen replacement the day before. I get there , they tell me to either pick another screen color or come back that evening ; i get there that evening ; they tell me come back tomorrow; i'm there then ( already 3 days in ) to come back in the afternoon ; i get there that afternoon & was told STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 minutes . After i get mad and angry they tell me to wait 10 minutes & i finally i get the phone. Half of the screen was none responsive , doesnt charge & they chipped the entire back color. With that being said you are welcome for the free star & my $ 250 .

  I've recently purchased 2 "new" Galaxy S4 at this place. As it was for resale in my country, I asked them 2 sealed boxes. To my surprise, when I delivered the phones to my customers, we found out that they were used phones. On one of the phones, there was a dirty screen protector installed and chips all over the edge. Both phones were already set up in Spanish, when it should show the initial setup screen. I bought the phone on the 25th of June and delivered it on the 27th. On the 28th I contacted the store and I was told to go to the store as soon as I came back to the US. When I went to the store, the employees were rude and laughed at my face. I had to call the police who talked to a cousin of the owner, as the owner is out of the country.now the case is being taken to court. Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE!

  Called 20 minutes before getting into store and was told device was in stock then when I got there the story changed and lady acted as if she never received my call.. People were rude, unfriendly and treat customers as if they are stupid.. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
