::OMG the flavor! Wow!! The whole experience had me head over heels! The establishment was very clean. Restroom was clean and smelled great. Noticed that the chef and the waitress were using sanitary measures frequently. They have 4 TVs that play things about Vietnamese culture, which highlights the experience furthermore! I visited the restaurant for about an hour. During the hour of lunch time, 1130am. They had about 4 other people lunching at the time. They were satisfied as well. The beautiful waitress/hostess by the name of Melissa, by far exceeded my expectations really, for being a small restaurant. She was really attentive. Knowledgeable on the menu. Kept up with refilling my water. Kept asking me and the rest of the people if they needed anything and was ontop of their drinks as well. Always with that heart melting colgate smile! She mad me feel so comfortable eating here. The food was soooo so great! Lots of flavors! Explosion of flavors!! Loved it!!! For sure I'm coming back for as long as I am able to! I had the Max Saigon Shaken Beef with Flat Noodles and side of French Fries (which I combined, OMG! Lol) To drink I had a Tai Tea (which was fantastic!) and water. Overall, loved the place! Come on in and experience it

::This is the worst Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been in my life without a doubt. I was so eager to try Viet cuisine at this place and I could not have been more disappointed. Starting off with the appetizers that were inedible and I could not get myself to finish. As soon as they brought out the rice, I could already tell that it was not going to be great. This rice was not Viet rice at all. It looked and tasted like something I could’ve prepared at home, note, I don’t even cook. Overall, heavily disappointed and would never go back and I do NOT recommend going here.

::My second time here. It's is offering dine in again. The place is not very big and is a bit run down. But don't let that deter you from visiting. My observation is that they do more take out than dine in at the present time. I ordered the spring rolls which had pork and shrimp. Some places are just using shrimp. They are always made to order so the spring rolls were delicious. My main entrée was spicy beef soup (bun bo hue). It came out nice and hot. The flavor was pretty spicy. This place is one of favorite places to order this soup. Prices are moderate and service was good.

::Definitely inspired by the French as there is escargot on the menu as well as other French items. I got the Beef stew with rice noodle as well as the Vietnamese coffee. Both delicious will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

::This place is such a gem! Incredible food of all varieties! If you want to introduce someone to Vietnamese cuisine this is the place to bring them! I have eaten here at least 2 dozen times and ordered 10-12 different things and all of them were amazing and tasty...and the prices are the best in town. The owner is fantastic and has told me that she uses a higher grade of ingredients so her dishes are more authentic and flavorful. This is not one of the corporate boring eateries...absolutely the best pho ( BY FAR!!! ) in the valley. Service is decent and friendly, small staff so you may wait a little longer for stuff to come but then it is made from scratch. 5 stars and should be 10!
