  I love our new Tempurpedic mattress. Our salesperson at the Bethesda shop -- she is the manager, I believe -- was smart, informed and quickly understood our needs.

  Horrible experience. Do not purchase anything from this particular store. The mattress was not delivered on time. The delivery department ("Mike") was extremely rude. I requested a refund. I was told the refund process takes approximately 3 days. 17 days later, I cannot get anyone from customer service to return my phone calls. The store manager is very polite but she says she has done her part in requesting the refund. She referred me to customer service. Nobody from customer service answered the phone. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Then, an automated service told me I needed to leave a message. I left a message. No one has returned my call. I've called multiple times with no response. Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  Worst place to buy a mattress. They will sell you anything and tell you there is a lifetime warranty, only to find out that there is not and any dipping is not covered. The woman manager there actually said, "call the manufacturer and you can vent to them." Completely rude and I would not recommend Matress Warehouse to anyone.
