  Jean-Claude is an excellent salesperson. He made my experience of buying mattress so easy. He is incredibly knowledgeable, warm and lovely. I can’t recommend enough as buying a mattress can be such a pain in the neck with pressuring sales people. This guy and this place is perfect.

  I highly recommend going to Jean Claude. I just moved to New York and he helped me choose the perfect mattress. Not only was he easy to work with, but he gave me a great deal. Thank you Jean Claude for going above and beyond!

  I just moved in the neighborhood and this company was the only one I found that could do same day delivery on mattresses which is a big plus. I didn't have anything to sleep on and these guys helped me out. The sales manager gave me his personal phone number in case I needed help with anything and he's been super helpful.

  I went into the store today and was greeted warmly by George Norman. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and also just a really nice person to talk to as I was trying out the different mattresses. I had been dreading buying a mattress because I thought it would feel like a hassle, and that was absolutely not the case with George! Definitely go see him if you're in the market.

  Don't be cheated by Mattress firm (Sleepys)! The mattress may be good in 120 days, but after half year, it will appear its real quality. Don't move your mattress! The more times you move, the more uneven your mattress will get. If you plan to moving house, you'd better quit your mattress, because the springs of the mattress will get uneven and hurt your back. Don't believe their sales person! They can promise you to extend your warranted days, but this is only a lie. Even they charge your delivered fee, they will not delivery the mattress that they had promised to change for you. You have to wait and wait until your back can't stand the mattress anymore. Don't believe they can help you solve your problems caused by their mattress. They have many separated departments. If you have any problems, you should reach every departments separately and make sure they all get consensus or you may have to wait very long time to solve you problems. The mattress cost me more 2 thousands dollars, but the quality of the mattress is no more than 2 hundreds dollars. Don't be ripped off!
