  I went in to buy ink cartridge. There was a short line. The cashier who assisted me was courteous and knowledgeable.

  They always have what I want. Lines move quick so I am never in there long.

  Let me start off by saying how I've only had good experiences with any Staples I've been to, so I was confused why this one had such poor reviews. There were 2 people behind me on line to make copies when it was my turn. All I wanted was 5 pages printed on card stock. But when I was told it would be over 3 and a half hours, I turned around and went to a competitor who was able to print the 5 pages right away. It's embarrassing when it takes that long to print 5 pages. Stay away from this store. There are much better options, including other Staples out there

  I have to warn everyone about this staples. I placed an order with staples to have name tags printed for a 3:30 pickup. And once I arrived to pick up labels half of the names were chopped off. I couldn't believe this was what they were selling me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they will reprint them. After waiting for almost an hour (8 months pregnant mind you) I ask how much longer and apparently they didn't even start. So I ask to speak to the manager again as she hid away in the back corner pretending she didn't know I was upset. Once she came out she go really defensive and starting shouting at me in front of a large crowed of customers. The customer behind me also had an issue and was upset and cursing about the store and the bad performance. I never had a good experience the past few times here either so I would advise everyone to use a different staples and shame on manager Sandra.

  Don’t expect any help from the staff. Don’t go here if you need an interaction with staff. They will leave you high an dry
