  The guy that was there his name is Walter, very knowledgeable and very polite, he knew exactly the kind of bed we would need and guides us through the process, it took 20 minutes tops thank you walter and happy holidays

  MY BOY FRANK WORKS THERE, HE'S A NICE GUY. THE MATTRESSES ARE GREAT, VERY WIDE SELECTION. INVEST IN A MATTRESS. YOU'' PAY $2000 FOR SHOES THAT HURT YOU FEET AND WEAR THEM ONCE A MONTH. BUT WON'T SPEND $1000 ON A MATTRESS THAT SAVES YOUR BACK, HELPS YOU REST AND PROLONG YOU LIFE THAT YOU SLEEP ON EVERY NIGHT. THAT'S BACKWARDS

  First off if I could give 100 Stars to Elijah, I totally would. My fiancé and I went in today looking for a comfortable mattress and a good deal. We was welcomed by Elijah. He was pretty busy with a big order of mattresses coming in and was still able to help and accommodate us. He was very informative and stood with us the whole time answering our questions and needs. He worked out a great deal for us and we couldn't be happier.

  If I could give more than five stars I would ! Best customer service. Elijah was very knowledgeable and helped with my mattress decision in deciding what I needed. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable and not under pressure. Going to recommend all my friends to this location ! Thank you Elijah !!

  Today I went to Mattress Firm to inquire. I met Frank he was very informative, patient, just and all around good sales person. I was able to purchase on clearance not 1 but 2 Queen size beds for My kids. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know. Customer service 5 stars.
