  We bought two mattresses here. No problems at all. The store is located just west of the parking structure.

  They don't have an elevator and most of their inventory is on the 2nd floor. I asked about bedframes and they only had one choice. The standard, which was way overpriced!!!! And I even agreed to the overpriced item and was then told I could take it that day with a small fee for someone loading it into a taxi OR I could wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped to my house at almost half the cost of the item. There's no way a bedframe should cost almost $200 when anywhere else it's less than $100 with the shipping included.

  I got a great Christmas price on a full size bed... the manager was very friendly and cooperative

  Can't say enough nice things! Maria was super helpful and willing to work with my budget. They have many great options and aren't pushy like other retail stores to show you things outside of your budget. I really appreciate the honest and friendly business.

  My fiancé and I went into Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress desperately because we haven't had a good nights sleep in years. So we finally figured, we need a new mattress. We were welcomed by Maria. She was very informative and pleasant. She listened to what our budget was and what comfort level we were interested in. Maria showed us a variety of mattresses and we fell in love with the Beauty Rest Recharge. She worked out a payment plan for us. If I could I would give Maria 10 stars! She's amazing and a wonderful, warming, super helpful person! Totally recommend this place for your next new mattress with the warm welcoming and well knowledgeable Maria!!!
