  This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. Everyone here is nice and very caring. I got in an accident and I had never been through the claims process before; however, Billy assured me that everything would be taken care of. I could immediately tell that he was someone I could trust. He made me feel comfortable in a time of panic. Not only did I get my car back in better shape than it was BEFORE the accident, I didn't have to do anything. Between the paperwork, the insurance, and the car rental everything was taken care of. Any time I called I got someone on the phone with quick updates and they helped me with any questions I had about the insurance. The people at Masters go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Even though I no longer live close by anymore, I am still going to drive the distance to have all my service done here. Their honesty and reasonableness is invaluable and hard to find in this business.

  Our car looked better than brand me when they finished with it. Friendly staff, awesome crew. We go nowhere else. Highly recommend!!!

  Just picked up my car from Masters Auto Collision and they did an amazing job! I had to get my bumper and sideview mirror replaced. My car looks brand new. They pay such good attention to detail. Billy is really nice and takes care of everything. I highly recommend this place!

  I finally have My car again and it is the best feeling in the world! I was without it due to an accident that seemed to have totaled it, but now, thanks to Dean with Masters Collision of East Meadow and Seaford, They rebuilt it and performed what seems to be magic on My Subaru Forester, bringing it back to showroom condition! It’s beautiful! And it looks a bit ruff and tuff with a roof rack and hitch that They installed, and with a perfect paint job done; she looks better than it did when I first bought it. $>~~$

  Excellent customer service. Billy was friendly, informative and communicated with us every step of the way. Quality of work was above and beyond. Car was washed thouroughly as well which was a very nice touch.
