  Old grand dame that has lost her soul. Staff feels tired or not motivated. Two exceptions cleaning lady and receptionist for gold and platinum members. Suite was big and spacious. Lighting not so good. Bed ok.

  The room was very clean and presentable. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous, which is everything I've come to expect from a Marriott. It was my first time there and I'll be returning in the future.
