  Dr. Deiparine is the most caring thorough physician I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. She takes time to talk about your situation without rushing you out. She cares about your overall well being and mental health too! I love her. She's worth the wait. Highly recommend her!!!!! She won't disappoint..........

  Dr. Deiparine is an exceptional doctor. She is well worth the wait and distance that I travel to see her. She is extremely thorough. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about certain staff. It almost seems like it's a bother for them to assist you when you call them.

  Doctor Deiparine is a very good and thorough doctor. She explains everything to you in detail and will answer any and all questions that you ask. She does not rush you out of the office, she takes her time and goes over everything with you. I give the doctor 5 stars. But I do have to say that her office staff is the worse office staff I've ever had to deal with. I call for an appointment and I'm left on hold and no one ever picks up. After hanging up and calling back, no one picks up and this is at 4:00 pm. Cannot even leave a voice mail because the mailbox is full. One time I ask them to put in for an appointment for a physical and they told me that she was all booked. I advised them that my insurance was ending on a certain date and they still refused to give me an appointment before my insurance ended. I spoke directly to Doctor Deiparine and she squeezed me in for an appointment. Once they submitted my insurance with the wrong insurance member ID# after they took a scan of my insurance card. I got a bill from the doctors office that I owed them 900.00 plus for the visit for my physical. We gotten it straighten out after I called the insurance company but it's one thing after another. The office staff has no compassion or empathy for the patients. I give no stars for the office staff.

  Dr. D has been my primary for about ten years and even though I moved out of the area six years ago, I would not think of changing physicians. I have never been to such a caring knowledgeable Doctor. Yes, it's true that most times you spend an unreasonable amount of time in the exam room waiting. However, it makes it more palatable when you consider how much time she will spend to make sure all of your questions or concerns are addressed. I have always found her staff to be very pleasant and accommodating.

  The Dr. is great she explains things in an easy to understand manner, she does not rush you out answers all your questions, however dealing with her office staff is a NIGHTMARE they are completely unprofessional, never call with results from lab work or from tests done by outside specialist. every time you go there the staff is either shoving food in their face or ordering food, talking on their phones or texting. I feel they take advantage of Dr. Deiparine because she is always with a patient. I left this office for another Dr. because of the poor attitude and nonprofessional staff.
