  Dr. Basra operated on my spine I had a couple of bad bulging discs , he always was great at answering questions and always had a smile. This is great patient care and with an operation on my spine where a mistake can be terrible this has been a good experience with no problems !

  I was told to change into a gown and left alone for a full hr with temperatures near 0. After a half hr I asked for a portable heater and got dressed. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate!
