::Let me start with the positives... Fair Pricing They do a great job with the installation. Now the negatives.. I was told it would be a one day install. We set the installation date 3 weeks in advance, my wife takes off from work for that day and the next. They come that day and could not finish it in time. Thats fine, I understand that. I expect them to be here next day to finish up, but no show. I call in the morning to try to get an answer and am told "Ill look into it and call you back". I don't hear anything, so later that day I call again and same response: "Ill look into it and call you back". Finally after losing my temper, I get an answer, "We will be there tomorrow afternoon". Perfect! So from Tuesday start, Thursday night finish. Thats fine, not terrible, just bad communication... maybe? If I didn't get upset who knows when they would be back to finish up. Now over two weeks later, they still have not come to install the garbage cabinet. I contacted them on the friday after they "Finished", they said "we never got that part, takes about one week to come in". Meanwhile I already paid in full (my own fault). Two days ago, at the two week mark, I call and get the annoying response again "Ill look into it and get back to you". Today comes still no call back. I drive there throw a fit, and call constantly. Now they are now here to finish. Its exhausting to never get a call back, and to be constantly nagging in order to hear anything or get things to actually happen. Again, their craftsmanship is great. They honestly do a fantastic job with the install. However, professionalism, communication, and courtesy is terrible. I would have easily paid an extra 10% for better customer service.

::I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Scott was not only thorough but stuck to my time line, helped me along the way, and translated my vision into an amazing kitchen. I chose shaker cabinets with quartz countertops and could not be happier. I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you again Scott for making my first kitchen in my first home so wonderful. Scott rocks!

::Hired Maple Tree Kitchens and Bath to install a rather large granite countertop in my kitchen. The countertop I picked out at the showroom and the countertop that was delivered and installed was NOTHING alike. The pattern was completely different than that at the showroom. I feel I was deceived into what I was going to get installed and tricked into getting a lesser quality item than what I paid for. While I understand the natural stone pattern of the granite can vary there is no way what I picked out is the same as what was installed. The pattern is so blotchy it looks like someone spilled black paint all over the countertop. VERY DISSATISFIED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

::I had no idea what I really wanted and just stopped here to look. I found them to be extremely professional and patient as I kept switching from quartz to granite and this pattern to the next. Jeannie and Sam explained everything to expect happen. Gave accurate time line. Demolition and installation went extremely smooth. They cleaned up everything. Pricing was outstanding. Knowledge of staff unbelievable. Highly highly recommend
