  this company is great! the new furnace was installed and working great. The installers were neat and cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommended!. so much so.... I am having them do the central ac unit next month as well.

  John Tremblay offered us several competitively priced options at different cost points to replace our failed heat pump, the only source of heat or a/c for our condo, and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. He answered our questions, told us about the rebates available, and was thoroughly knowledgeable about each of his suggestions. There was not a trace of hard sell to be found. His crew of installers was absolutely great--they were scheduled for a rainy day; they took care of our floors with canvas dropcloths, worked quickly and neatly, and were completely done by day's end. The difference between what we had (okay, it was installed in 1999) and what we have now is amazing. This unit has 2 zones, which now manage to equalize upstairs and downstairs heating, something not possible before without physically cutting off the airflow. Granted that since the April 25th installation, there hasn't been extreme cold or heat to test the unit, but I am sure that given its greater capacity and unbelievable efficiency we will continue to be thrilled. His office staff kept in touch and coordinated it all, including taking care of the rebate paperwork. A+++ and thanks!

  The services provided by Sigma-Tremblay were highly professional, we were very pleased with their outstanding work. John was very friendly and patient with us and explained our options clearly. When the team came over they were considerate of our needs and communicated their progress clearly. They did a fantastic job removing our aging system. The end result was a very neat and clean presentation of a new "Ascent" system. We are very thankful to Sigma-Tremblay and the work John and his team provided. Thank you!

  Professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. We have never had such top quality men work on our home. From John to the entire team the hard work and dedication to their projects is unmatched. They worked 12 straight hours for us to ensure we had heat before the end of the day. We will only ever use Sigma Tremblay!

  Sigma-Tremblay is excellent. They installed in our home a multi-zone cold climate ductless split heat pump system. After a friend highly recommended them, we called, and John Tremblay came by to evaluated our home. We were using oil burning forced hot air, but this new system covers all our heating and cooling needs, and is so much better in so many ways. John isn't pushy - he listened to us describe our situation, checked out everything in our home, and then patiently explained how things work and what we could do to improve the heat and add central air. His crew is did clean, neat work. This new system is awesome. Wish we did this a long time ago.
