  Relatively small and boring, dim light space with limited snack selection. The only thing better than outside is a quiet and more private space to stay. Otherwise nothing impressive.

  Terribly depressing, nothing like Maple Leaf Lounges in Canada. Lounge was fairly empty on a Sunday afternoon with plenty of seating options. Amenities are very basic and actually make the United Club look desirable. Filthy, small bathroom and disinterested staff didn’t help the experience. Definitely NOT worth visiting. 👎🏿

  While located on the upper floor for the "exclusive feel", this lounge feels inadequate and tired. The lighting is dark (different from ambient!) with a floor lamp here and there. There is absolutely no personality in decor. We were there at 10:30am for a morning flight, and there was barely any food served at the pantey. A yogurt here, a small leftover pastry there. Not even packaged cookies or nuts! The selection of beverages was okay, with the expected coffee and cappuccino machine. You can make yourself some toast, if you like the thick cloyingly sweet fruit preserve! More to be desired.
