  The lounge has great food and drinks. The staff was super helpful. I was looking for the shuttle service to JFK and couldn't find it. One of the staff went downstairs to the baggage claim area and confirmed the shuttle service provider cancelled this service. That level of effort and detail was over and above what I expected.

  Very comfortable lounge with a fully stocked bar and bartender along with a delicious spread of hot and cold dishes. The lounge was quite busy when we arrived but it was still possible to find a spot along the wall that was perfect. The staff were helpful and very attentive. They asked if we need anything else and were happy to help. We sampled a little bit of the food and were really impressed with how fresh and delicious it was. Oh and the cranberry apple cider is the perfect refresher during your travels!

  Good service and decent buffet. Tricky to find and only available at Terminal B elevators near the food court. Gets crowded and could be difficult to find a seat during popular times. Nice speed wifi.

  I love the Amex Centurion Lounges. As a frequent traveler I try to use airport Lounges for quick break between flights. The Centurion Lounges are like a country club / gourmet restaurant. Instead of normal chips / cheese they have inspired chef prepared dishes. Great service, nice selection of food and drinks. Wish it had more room when crowded.

  I had a wonderful first time experience at this lounge! Front desk was very helpful in getting me checked in and setting the stage as to what to expect at the lounge. The bathrooms were clean and the food was absolutely wonderful. The wait staff were attentive to customers as well as replenishing food and keeping all areas clean. Since this lounge is outside the security checkpoint, definitely give yourself time to get through the gates if you don’t use the Clear line.
