Great place to meet friends and share a few drinks. It can get loud, but we loved it.

Maloney's is a classic downtown favorite, alot of big people have sat their bums on those stools, and there are more than enough pictures in the place to prove its value as a historic landmark to tucson history, but unfortunately the drinks are expensive and the cups are small nowdays, so if you drink, drink beer. Bartenders aren't the friendliest to anyone who's not a regular that they recognize, and on busy nights its extremely hard to catch attention to get a drink, so overall cool atmosphere and great place to drink a beer and play pool, but downtown definitely has it's better options if you want genuine service and killer drinks on the cheap!

Normally have a great time there. Love the atmosphere and that you can pop over to the Wreck middrink. Halloween was ridiculous though. There was no reason to have your only bar in the place staffed with four bartenders and one bar back from what it seemed. We waited over thirty minutes for a drink without even acknowledgement before we finally left the whole bar because we were so frustrated. Don't mind the line or anything like that but to have that many people any there and not enough staff reflects on management. Hire more people if you don't got em. Staff em. Give them help. Other than that fiasco we had a great time. Would recommend just maybe not on a holiday.
