  I work nearby and come here for a soda occasionally. The price of the fountain drink changes each time I go - it depends on who is working. It is clear that the employees are not trained properly on what is taxable and what is not. Today, the cashier tried to charge me for a large fountain drink when I had a small. I do not plan to go back to this store/gas station.

  I've always been happy with the service from Mak's, however I am very unhappy with the recycling center they have in their lot: MS Recycling. I received a flyer in the mail for their new location on Broadway and was pleased to see that they were closer than where I was going before and that they were open to 5pm since I work during the week. However, having rushed over to make it there before 5 and arriving at 4:55, the attendant was already closing up and waved me away, rudely tapping his wrist and saying 5, too late, too late. When I pointed out that it wasn't 5 yet he just threw his hands up at me and said , no, no, no. I don't expect first class service for recycling but I won't patronize a business that is rude and won't honor the advertised hours.
