  horrible experience...only 3 workers 2 in the back and one in the front in a very busy place i waited 25 minutes to get my"FAST FOOD"

  I was hopeful after seeing some of the changes that were taking place a few months ago when the minimum wage legislation was unfolding. They closed shop for a few days as they has began to automate by installing self serve kiosks. I felt bad for some of the workers who would be laid off but was simultaneously hopeful that service would improve. Unfortunately I was dissapointed. While the self serve feature is convenient, it hasn't seemed to speed up service. After receiving my ticket it still took nearly ten minutes to receive my order. While I was on line, I used their wifi to browse the Web and someone ended up hacking my AOL password and started sending out mass email spam under my email. I was told by AOL that this is a common problem so please be careful. When I got home with my order the cheeseburger was stale and the bread seemed like it had oxidized and had a poor taste to it. I've even been told by a worker friend of mine not to go there often as they don't clean the grease on their machine on a regular basis. If you need to use the restroom, it's best to use the one in your own home as the one inside the store could be a lot cleaner.

  It's cleaned u can order quickly . They need to take the bums outside it will look better. Wheel chair accessible. Kids can come. They treat you well. Is always packed. Is smaller then the one in dyckman.
