::RUDEST STAFF IN HARLEM PERIOD. I don’t understand how this location even functions with lazy workers. Every time I go in here there my food is horrible and whoever the night shift crew is I feel bad for how ugly their attitudes are no one wants to deal with people like that. One of them has a nasty a** mouth as well who I believe is the manager for whatever reason he carries himself poorly. Fix your customer service.

::This business needs to inspected and needs new management. The customer service is horrible. Working for McDonald’s before i know how their place of business is suppose to be conducted and this not the way. The food isn’t fresh, I’ve gotten burgers with different burgers buns, cold nuggets and fries, might i add you can taste the old oily they barley change for the french fries. During the day Isn’t better but the night time staff will not even take your order seriously! Don’t even bother going late night!!!!!!!!

::Ok this review is purely bias. When my great grandson was a little tot this was his favorite place. On the memories alone of him having his first ice cream cone, all the happy meals and loads of fun this McDonald's will always have a special place in my heart. The food was also much better back then (5 years ago).

::The food is usually made to order, which is a great thing. But generally speaking, the level of service could be better. Also, being centrally located in the ghetto, the possibility of drama breaking out during the late hours. But still it serves well when in need of satisfying your mcd's comfort eats.

::Day of the visit: 02/23/2018 at 1:30am. Worst and the dirtiest McDonald's ever. Avoid at any cost. Customer service also very unprofessional and slow. Go to other location. Don't come here. You've been warned.
