  Cashiers are a little rough around the edges sometimes when taking orders but that's Harlem for you. Also why is it mainly Indian that work there? No other nationalities applied I doubt it. I like to see diversity especially in this city

  This Dunkin' Donuts is very unprofessional at this current moment they are false advertising they continue to keep up signage of old promotions as if they are current and when you order the item they charge you more then with the menu says I let the woman know that the menu says 199 and she admitted that it's an old promotion and I asked why is it up and she shrugged her shoulders

  I periodically stop here 4 a breakfast sandwich. Each time I've been content, but sometimes they mix my order up. Service is good though sometimes busy.

  Mornings can be a bit crowded but overall I give this Dunkin' Donuts 2 stars because of the customer service. The morning crew seems to only be nice to certain ppl n if u tell them something they have attitudes smh if u don't like ur job or be courtesy to ppl then u shouldn't be there.
