::Horrible visit today. Staff could not understand basic orders. No bun took 3 people to mess up. Then iced black coffee no cream no sugar comes out with cream and sugar that's when the disrespect towards my wife happens. These people need to be retrained in order taking and customer service because they have none.

::Three days ago I was there for lunch. I had"big breakfast" with hotcakes which were cold. Only one thing good- the decaf coffee which was the right temperature.

::The renovations are great. They have a table side service where after you order your food, you walk to your table with a table top, and they will bring your food to you. You can even order thru a kiosk and you can still get table side service.

::The staff could be nicer, I ordered a Big Mac they gave it to me with only 1 meat no sauce and cheese on the first level... I also ordered a Signature Crafted Sweet B.B.Q Bacon and I asked for extra tomatoes, they did not followed the instructions. When I came back to ask them to change it they did but they gave me back the first both sandwiches... (1st time it happens to me) In any other McDonalds I have been they always give me a new one. Tomatoes? Cold as hell. Thanks a lot for your great service.
