  On several occasions I went there around 6:20am there is never any bagel twist. The employee's play around and talk to much with each other. Today I went in because I needed a large cup of tea I asked for 5 sugars and cream the girl said lemon I told her "No"and I repeated myself. Nevertheless she gave me the incorrect order. I'm so pissed I gave the entire breakfast to my coworker. I aslo asked for a plain bagel with butter I didn't asked for the entire container of butter. Please get it together. I guess you get what you paid for poor service.

  Average. Too many people sitting and not eating. Quick service anyway.

  Normally good service, but today lousy service. Food not prepared correctly.

  They make my coffee and food correctly. Lines could move faster. Store could be cleaner.
