  Every single time I’m here, I order the buttermilk crispy chicken, and every single time, I get the artisan grilled chicken. I’m not ordering by number, I am literally telling you what I want, how complicated is that

  Man with large truck was parked and partially blocked drive thru, not realizing it. He came in to order. While on line MANAGER OR POSSIBLY OWNER OF MCDONALDS WENT ON TIRADE DROPPING F BOMBS AND SCREAMING AT THE GUY. Customers eating lunch were mortified. This manager was completely unhinged and out of line. I’M APPALLED AND WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. This manager should be fired. This is how you run a business? McDonalds should be embarrassed. This McDonald’s is run very poorly and it shows.
