  Everytime I go the Greenwood store and ask the sales associates for assistance they are really impatient and not very willing to help. They always tell me the items I look for is not there, but as I continue to look around, I finally find what I am looking for. But now I don't want to buy, because I have been followed.

  Macy's is a nice, clean, lathe department store that sells a variety of things. You can find things for your home including decorating, bedding, kitchen and furniture. I really enjoy their children's clothing sections.

  I love the sales racks. They have such good deals on items that can be quite pricy. Staff is very helpful.

  The lady named Holly, kinda of big, short hair was probably the rudest lady I’ve ever met my entire life. If she hates her job that much, there’s plenty of jobs out there. Her customer service that she offered me was just awful. You need better associates.

  Stopped by Macy's today and saw they were having a great sale on boots. This close to Christmas and you can guess the place was packed. I was so impressed with Larissa in the shoe department. She was friendly, moved quick, and had the best customer service around. She's an excellent employee. Overall I always have a good experience at this store.
