    JCPenney should take responsibility for JCPenney Portrait Studio fraud business.they can't say somebody leased their space and named business on JCPenney brand.worst photos. inexperienced photographer. no knowledge on light. they took money and didn't send all photos. didn't take the poses we want. she is rude. zero star rating.fraud business.i had a baby event and i don't have my photos ready.i was shocked after reaching home because the link provided by them have few unedited pics. my photos took with phone are better than JCPenney Portrait Studio. i want regional manager contact to complaint but they didn't provide to me. disappointed dejected. be careful with this fraud business.

    When's here this afternoon with my husband to get some clothes. We tend to shop here for him in their Big and Tall Department because it's cheaper than going to the Big and Tall store. We found everything we needed, he tried it all on then came the fun part --waiting in line. We waited for about 15-20 minutes and a good deal of the reason we waited is because there were people in front of us that were returning lots of merchandise. What happened to returning at the customer service counter or maybe they don't even have a customer service counter anymore? There were two people at the kiosk trying to help what ended up to be about 10 people in line. Attention management-- this is why people shop online!! We had $330 worth of clothing by the time we were done ringing up the sale! What really upset us is before he took care of us the customer service associate answered a phone call then he left the kiosk area, went and checked on an item, got the item, brought it back to the kiosk, wrote down the person's name and number and then proceeded to walk it halfway across the store and put it in an area for hold clothing. I worked at JCPenney 30 years ago and I was always taught that the customer with their money waiting in line was more important than the person that was on the telephone checking a size or price. You should train your employees to take the number and name of the person and call them back when there are not paying customers waiting in line. This was a very bad experience not sure we'll be back we will probably shop online and return what we don't need.

    My now fiance and I bought rings from here and Richard was amazing!!! He kept us coming back and made sure we got everything to our liking especially resizing and everything!!

    We have been dealing with an issue with the JC Penney Home Store in Greenwood for almost a year now. Last March/April we ordered and payed for a mattress. It was not a cheap mattress and they had to have it shipped, which took about 6 weeks. No big deal, we expected that. So in May we get a call on a Monday saying the mattress would be there on Tuesday. We disposed of the old mattress on Tuesday morning and prepared the room for the new mattress. Long story short, after literal hours of phone calls and being given the run around, plus sleeping on the floor, the mattress shows up Friday night. It has huge, very visible grease stains all over it and the frame that we were supposed to put it on was broken. We contacted them, they apologized and said they would sent a replacement and gave us a $100 gift card. It is now January. We have been calling at least once a month since MAY OF LAST YEAR and have been told multiple times โ€œSo and so from our corporate office will contact you,โ€ and even threatened a couple of times that they would just show up and take our mattress. Today, in JANUARY OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR, we got an e mail basically saying that they have tried to contact us multiple times and we are refusing their offers to make it right. At this point, even an apology would be a welcome change because I am sick of getting the run around. I sincerely hope JC Penneyโ€™s goes bankrupt, as they are projected to do by the end of the year, and everyone involved in our debacle loses their jobs, because if you canโ€™t provide better service than we have received, you do not deserve a paycheck.
