  Yes I visited Macy because I love their carpet, I saw the advertising of 70%off ,I bought some carpet in Macy a few yrs ago, I had a fire in my apt my carpet and everything else were all burn up, I didn't get the carpet ,the was too steep for me, being someone starting over, but u know what I meet someone in Macy in the men department, down in the basement, I'm trying to remr her name, she asked me if someone was helping me, I told her about the good carpet Macy have, we chat a little about the fire and my cat Sodapop who save my life, she stand there and listen to me, for that I will be ever grateful, she make my day. thank you Fredricka T

  My dad ,my sister and I had an awesome experience with Juan Carlos and his manager. We were shopping for a gift, but ended up purchasing the gift plus another cologne set for daddy. Of course we had to get the set plus a bag that came as a gift.

  I went to mac for them to show me how to put on make-up. They are patients with you but they need more lady's to work there cause they only have two people and a lot of People be waiting on line. Then by them having a long line waiting for them they will help you and two more people at the same time and you will be in there for hours. They real good in what they do but it's not enough workers that works in that department.

  I was extremely happy today when I went to Macy’s at green acres mall to exchange a north face jacket, I ordered online and it was too big, I went up the second floor and this lovely lady name Catherine was very friendly, professional, I mean, the sweetest; she had an honest smile; she was so patience from the minute I walked in, helped me through the whole process with no hesitations, not only with me, there were another customer in front of me & she was so nice to her as well. I was impressed because I don’t recall getting this excellent customer service at any of the Macy’s store nor the entire mall. Thanks kindly Catherine for the excellent customer service today!
