::Horrible service,manager is rude,disrespectful and unprofessional. It took them an hour to check cameras to verify that I bought pillow in their store. I had to insist and ask 100 times before he said “there is nobody to check cameras for you”. It’s unacceptable. Wrong price tag is not my fault. Home goods,please,do something with attitude of your employees.

::Good store to pick up items for your home. Some prices are very good, others are still to high in the range. Not much in staff, so your on your own when you shop here. If you go on busy season like the holidays winter time. Get ready for a lot of merchandise to be all over the places. This was a hot mess when I went on December 2017. Items were all over the place, stuff on the floor. These why I gave them a 3 1/2 star rating out of 5.

::I love HomeGoods and been shopping their stores eversince we moved to our first home. My home is filled with HomeGoods stuff. I've been to many HomeGoods stores, in Long Island, and I make sure I visit the nearest store when I am out of town/state. Today, my usual great store experience is spoiled by this impolite and seemed tired cashier at register 2 between 1-2 pm (am stating the time so that the management can identify this nasty and poor mannered lady). She does not know how to greet customers well (the cashier at register 3 was great, full of energy), she did not address my concerns with professionalism. She liked to ensure that she was the one in charge of the conversation and left me with feelings that I was stupid for asking questions and for my requests. Please train this lady.

::Let me begin by saying, that I absolutely LOVE HomeGoods! I have been shopping HomeGooos stores for many years and furnished almost my entire house with merchandise from these stores. I was excited but very quickly disappointed with the few experiences I've had at the Green Acres location. Some of the staff are very friendly and want to help but the store is always understaffed and management does not manage staffing or the store. A particular manager working Saturday evening on 9/09/17 makes her own rules about holding merchandise ...won't bore you with the gory details but the policy here is unlike any other store. Although this location is closest to me, I will make a point of not shopping here again. I had taken a long break after a previous bad experience; this weekend reminded me why I need to forget the HomeGoods at Green Acres even exists!
