  I’m absolutely disappointed in Lyft. I use Lyft almost everyday. One day, a driver started the meter without me being in the car. NEVER picked me up, and drove around running up my travel cost. GET this! I call Lyft customer service to get them to cancel that ride and remove the charge because I was not in the car, the guy tells me I cannot get the charges removed or the ride could not be cancel because I couldn’t remember the last name on my account. I made the account SO long ago and it was connected to my Facebook. But the fact that there was absolutely nothing Lyft customer service could do for me. I’m not a fan of Uber, but I will patronize elsewhere from this day forward. That is ridiculous. My account doesn’t even have a last name listed.

  THEY OFFER PERCENTAGES,OFF SPECIAL S,ONLY WHEN YOU ARE COMING FROM DETROIT, THEY NEED TO OFFER IT EVERYWHERE. I PRACTICALLY TAKE LYFT EVERYDAY & I CAN'T,GET A DISCOUNT BECAUSE I DON'T LIVE IN DETROIT AREA.

  Amazing 1st day experience! I had been paying over $80/day (yes..you read it right!) ON CAB RIDES! JUST TO/FROM WORK bc of no public buses where I live. My drivers on Lyft were both timely..polite..good drivers..not ONCE did I feel unsafe!! I recommend this service to anyone! I paid 30% of my usual daily costs and even though I scheduled my pickup the night before for my pickup today..I did NOT schedule ahead for a ride home..I got on my Lyft app...asked for a pick up...and my ride literally turned around (bc I could see him right on their GPS map!) And although a different driver..he was there in 3 minutes!!!-AMAZING SERVICE..what more can I say!😄😄😄😄

  Lyft charged my credit card and I didn't even order a lyft. And they will not answer the phone I called thr phone number that is listed on their website
